- Adults:
1–2 teaspoons daily (5–10 g), taken in the morning or before lunch.
It can be taken directly, dissolved in water, juice or yoghurt. - Children over 3 years:
½ teaspoon daily.
Always taken mixed with food or a drink.
For better absorption, soaking in water for 15–20 minutes beforehand is recommended.
