RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sorry if that is not the case. For whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return any items purchased from us, provided the following conditions are met:
All items must be in their original packaging with intact product labels.
All items must be unused and in their original condition.
The original receipts and invoices must be included.
If the above conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process any return or refund claims, regardless of whether the items have been sent back to us.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We will refund the amount using the original payment method used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for the transport costs of the return, and the delivery/handling fees of the original purchase are not refundable, except in the cases described in item 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
EXCHANGES
At the moment we do not offer an exchange option. You can return the order to us using the return procedure, and we will refund the amount.
1. Send us your parcel via the courier company Econt.
2. Wait for confirmation by email and you will be notified when your refund has been made. In general, the processing period is 5 working days after receipt of your parcel.
3. In cases where any of the products received is considered defective or the parcel has been mixed up, STRANDJELA will cover the cost of delivering the item(s) back to you.
